After a long chat one day after school, my son and I were doing what we’ve always done together… making flapjacks. Mid-mix, spoon in hand, he looked up and said:
“We’re basically the Flapjack Kings.”
And just like that… an idea was born 👑
I’ve spent years working in catering, and it finally felt like the right moment to build something special — something for my kids, and something made with love. So we took our favourite family bake, gave it a royal twist, and turned it into a business.
Every flapjack we make is 100% vegan, packed with flavour, and baked the way we’d want to eat it ourselves. No fuss, no shortcuts — just proper, feel-good flapjacks made to be shared.
