Shortbread-Mince Pie

Our Shortbread Mince Pie is a festive favourite with a twist — a generous helping of rich, spiced fruit filling wrapped in buttery vegan shortbread. Bigger than your average mince pie, and every bit as delicious!

INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Oil (75%) [ Palm, Rapeseed, Palm Kernel], Water, Salt (1%) Emulsifier [Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids] Vitamin A  Vitamin D Colour ( Carotene) Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]. Caster Sugar Dark Brown Sugar, Water, Madagascan Vanilla Extract (4.5%). Apple, Sugar, Sultanas (20%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raisins (10%), Candied Mixed Citrus Peel (Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Vegetable Suet (Palm Oil, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil), Currants (3%), Water, Spices (Cinnamon, Coriander, Dill, Fennel, Clove, Ginger, Nutmeg), Preservative: Acetic Acid; Colour: Plain Caramel; Orange Oil.
